I skipped out on yesterday's challenge and was totally bummed to realize the Twitter chat I missed on Monday is one of only two such chats this week. Drat. I will definitely have to do my best not to miss Saturday.
Despite my currently partially crippled state, I did still manage to get some reading in yesterday...
Currently Reading :
I'm not very far in this yet, but it is already really good. I have a feeling it will read pretty quickly.

Now I'm going to try and take advantage of my inability to move and get more pages in. Back to the books! Or maybe some stronger pain meds and a nap. It's up for debate...
Oh...and if you're wondering about Darian's progress...he got a new PS4 game the other day and hasn't read a single page. Of course. We're just winners over here...
Oh no! I hope your neck feels better soon. A pinched nerve definitely beats a PS4 game as far as excuses are concerned. :)
ReplyDeleteHaha...I don't disagree! Teenagers...
DeleteElle,
ReplyDeleteOh no! A pinched nerve is bad. I hope the massage helps. Be careful though. A girlfriend of mine went to a male masseuse a week or so ago and he keeps calling her for dates now. That girl always gets herself into a situation though.
Good job on the reading. I really like a book I can't put down.

Haha! I have a female massage therapist. :) I've been seeing her for almost two years and she's fantastic. My shoulder felt a billion times better after she worked on it. Thank goodness!
DeleteI hope the massage helps! Pinched nerves are wicked painful, I feel for you!
ReplyDeleteYou're doing awesome on the reading. I'm glad you're enjoying your book! I started that series many years ago and didn't get past the third book. Too many books and not enough time! Happy reading today, and hopefully you're feeling better!
Oh it was heaven to have a massage.
DeleteThe book was long but totally worth the read. I was far too invested in the series to give up! :)
