This month, I also participated in Dewey's 24-Hour Read-a-Thon. That was a whirlwind. But it was a good warm-up for May's month of books and Bout of Books 10, which I'll be participating in from May 12th - 18th. I'm looking forward to it.
It was a crazy month, but I got a lot accomplished. That's a nice feeling. I was initially thinking that May would be nice and quiet since I didn't have the daily post thing, but as it turns out, the blog schedule is completely full. So it looks like it will still be pretty darned close to a post a day in May. Add to that the fact that I need to work on projects to get the Etsy shop opened by June 1st and projects need completed in preparation for June's Pinterest Challenge, and I will have a very crazy month on my hands.
Even though I know it will take a lot of time and effort to keep moving at this pace, I'm actually pretty excited about it all. This is what I really love to do.
So hold on to your pants, we're going from one whirlwind month to another. I'll be back tomorrow with an intro to May's theme (books) and an update on the Book of the Year progress for 2014.
Hi Elle .. good luck - sounds like you will be busy ... I'll be in the background ... but have fun and good luck with the Etsy shop.. cheers Hilary
